Trial classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.  Continuing private students are eligible for 1 make- up lesson per 8 week session, but only if you provide 24 hours notice of a cancellation.  Group class students are eligible for 2 makeups per session, need not cancel in advance, but are required to RSVP makeup date to avoid overcrowding.  Reminders to register are posted and emailed 2-3 weeks prior to each registration deadline.  Late payments incur a $10 fee and can lead to loss of your spot.  Please consider automatic renewal with your credit card.  If not on auto-renewal, checks are preferred, but credit cards are also accepted.  Register for at least ½ of the Summer Session to guarantee placement for the fall.  You may change your day, program or teacher at anytime, but funds paid have to be used in that session.  Refunds are not allowed due to the fact that trials are given to determine what teacher & program is appropriate for the student.  We reserve the right to schedule a substitute teacher when necessary.  You will receive a $25 credit memo per family you refer, who registers with us. We give a 5% Discount for Multiple Family Members enrolled and a 10% Discount for Multiple Family Members and for enrollment in Multiple Classes.
