Trial classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.  Continuing private students are eligible for 1 makeup lesson per 8 week session, but only if you provide 24 hours notice of a cancellation.  Spanish Immersion & Music & Movement Group class students are eligible for 2 makeups per session, need not cancel in advance, but are required to RSVP for a makeup date to avoid overcrowding.  Makeups must be done within the Same Session as the absence.   Reminders to register are posted and emailed 2-3 weeks prior to each registration deadline.  Late payments incur a $10 fee and can lead to loss of your spot.  “Late” is considered to be after the Registration Deadline.

Please consider automatic renewal with your credit card.  If not on auto-renewal, checks are preferred, but credit cards are also accepted.  Register for at least ½ of the Summer Session to guarantee placement for the Fall!  You may change your day, program or teacher at anytime, but funds paid have to be used in that session. 

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN due to the fact that trials are given to determine what teacher & program is appropriate for the student.  We reserve the right to schedule a substitute teacher when necessary.

By coming to The School, all Students Agree with all the policies in the Brochure regarding the use of any photos or video footage of students in advertisements and/or teaching videos/materials.
